Another great day here in Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada! The temperature is hovering around 104 dees-grees, the sun is out, dice are rolling, slot machines are whirring and all is well with the world. Well, sort of . . .

I’m beginning to worry, just a tad, about the future of our Fabulous Las Vegas. Even during the crash, I was the proper cheerleader and kept trying to get the naysayers to just “shut up” . . . but it looks like they were right . . . Property values are continuing to drop . . . oh, just forget the news!

I can’t change a thing . . . so let’s just go party!!!
